Get started

  1. Install and start DNAForgeDownload an available installer, install the desktop app, and open DNAForge for the first time.

Sequences

  2. Edit sequence basesEdit the bases of a local DNA sequence and save it.

  3. Build an assembly designAdd, copy, and reorder parts, choose an assembly method, draft junctions and primers, and inspect each junction in the sequence viewer.
