Edit sequence bases
Edit the bases of a local DNA sequence and save it.

Edit the sequence bases
- Select Edit at the right end of the narrow sequence information bar,
directly above the viewer.
- Confirm that the Editing bar shows Discard and Save.
- Place the cursor at the intended position and type in your desired sequence
- Select Save at the right end of the Editing bar above the sequence.
The bar closes after the edit is saved.
- Press Command-F in the sequence viewer to search for and confirm your sequence.
