Report the problem
Use the feedback control in the upper-right app bar, immediately to the right of Ask AI, when it is available, or use DNAForge's current published support channel. Include the app version, operating system, short error code, exact steps, and whether the operation might have written data. Remove secrets and scientific content before you send the report.
